1. Pricing
All copy remotes found on New Remotes UK are priced at £13.60 exclusive of VAT- Postage and packing is free worldwide. If the buyer opts to receive a set of batteries wither their order then an additional £1 charge shall be incurred, please note that batteries are only available for our UK customers.
2. Availability
All remotes found on New Remotes Net are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that a remote is found to be out of stock it shall be restocked upon a new order being placed by a customer. If a remote cannot be supplied to a customer within 10 working days then the customer shall be offered the choice of a full refund or the option to wait for future delivery.
3. Delivery
We offer a FREE postage service for all our customers worldwide. Please note that the customer is responsible for any import duties that may possibly be incurrred during shipping.
4. Shipping Address
If an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer which results in an item becoming lost in the post then no refund can be offered, therefore please be careful to ensure that you enter the correct shipping address for your order. If you find that you have made a mistake when ordering please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at orders@newremotes. net to inform us of the error.
Please note that if any customs, Export / Import duty or Export / Import tax charges are implemented to countries outside the UK then the customer shall be responsible for these charges.
5. Ordering and payment methods
New Remotes UK accept all major payment cards via our payment processor PROTX, customers may also pay by cheque - if payment is via cheque then payments must be in UK Pounds and must be made out to SMG Development and posted to the following address -
