All remote controls supplied by New Remotes UK come with a full 3 month guarantee which starts from the date of purchase. If a remote is found to be faulty please contact us via Returns@newremotes. net informing of us of the fault before returning the item. You will be issued with a returns number which must be printed on the label of your returned remote control and New remote will be issued.
If a remote supplied by New Remotes is found not to work with your intended equipment then an alternative replacement or a full refund shall be offered to the customer after the purchased remote has sucessfully been returned to us, again please contact us via our CONTACT PAGE to obtain a returns number before returning any items. Please note: Any charges incurred during the return of any equipment cannot be refunded.
Items cannot be returned if the item has received any physical damage, this includes damage from the result of being dropped, scratched, receiving liquid spilleage or liquid leakage from installed batteries.
